@Rich @Ryan This one came from our direct mail campaign that @Rich is crushing! Booooom! Without the consistent hard work on the mail campaign, we wouldn't have been able to help these sellers out of their situation. Now we just have to find a buyer and get this one closed!

Shout out to Queenie and her BOD Reports! Some observations: Highlighted Client, Logos to break the segments, Comprehensive bullet points, Personalized info to Client and an offer for further assistance. The Client survey is excellent and Ed is very pleased with her.

We've been following the meal plans and shopping lists she's been providing for the last several weeks and both my wife and I have sustainable energy throughout the day with less caffeine required and are able to be far more productive!!! We're also losing weight, which wasn't the expectation, but is certainly a positive by-product. It's great not having to make decisions on food anymore 😊
